The Holy Dew Spirit caught on movie camera

A 16mm movie camera recorded this motion picture, capturing the Holy Dew Spirit caught on film, at its lowest speed. Then, the process transferred each frame to VHS, lasting one second, making it easy to view. This collection specifically highlights frames that include the Holy Dew Spirit.

Notably, the flying Holy Dew Spirit first appears at the very beginning of the filming sequence.

On SeongThanJeol morning, I prepared the 16mm movie camera, setting up a tripod and loading a film cartridge. Before the main event, I took a brief test shot. At that moment, people from the Busan altar were rehearsing for the festive celebration.

Capturing the Holy Dew Spirit

Immediately after the test card, a light blue, blurry object becomes visible. This object is the Holy Dew Spirit.

Initially, it hovered around the camera, covering a wide area. Subsequently, it began to move, eventually disappearing at the top left corner of the frame. The film roll captured these movements across several continuous frames.

Furthermore, the remaining footage comprises frames that captured the Holy Dew Spirit during the main service. It also includes moments from part two of two events held on that same day.

Since no flash light was used, the resulting photographs appear somewhat blurry.
