Background of parole after 7 years in prison

1Everyone, you know that this person made an effort to help elect President 김대중, don't you?여러분들, 이 사람이 김대중 대통령을 당선시키는데 이 사람이 노력했다는 걸 알죠?

2Also, you know that this person exerted influence in President 노무현's election, don't you?또 노무현 대통령이 당선된 것도 이 사람이 힘을 썼다는 걸 알죠?

3Did this person do such a thing to receive money or election funds from those people?이 사람이 그 사람들한테 돈 받아먹기 위해서 선거자금 받아먹기 위해서 그런 짓을 했을까요?

4This person does not do such things.그런 짓을 안 하는 겁니다.

5Indeed, this person must be able to control the president who holds and wields power for this work of 하나님 to be easily accomplished.바로 이 사람이 정권을 쥐고 움직이는 대통령을 마음대로 할 수 있어야 이 하나님의 역사가 쉽게 이루어지는 겁니다.

6That is why, during President 김대중's time, this person was paroled and released, wasn't this person?그러기 때문에 지금 김대중 대통령 때에 이 사람이 가석방되어서 나왔죠?

7Without the president's approval, this person's release is not possible.그게 대통령의 승인 없이는 이 사람의 석방이 안 됩니다.

8Because President 김대중 ordered this person to be released, this person came out.김대중 대통령이 이 사람을 내보라고 지시했기 때문에 이 사람이 나온 겁니다.

9If this person had not been released, by attaching this charge and that charge, the prison sentence would have been extended again.만약에 이 사람이 안 나왔더라면 이런 죄목 저런 죄목 붙여가지고 또 징역을 늘리게 되어 있습니다.

10So, indeed, this person acted in order for President 김대중 to be elected.그래서 바로 김대중 대통령이 당선되도록 하기 위해서 이 사람이 역사(役事)를 했던 겁니다.

11So, this person spoke to 권사 김순자, who does embroidery for our 제단, and told her to embroider "Congratulations on President 김대중's Election" and deliver it.그래서 우리 제단에 수놓는 김순자 권사에게 얘기해 가지고, "김대중 대통령 당선 축하" 라고 수를 놔가지고 갖다 줘라.

12If the vote was on the 18th, this person told her to deliver it on the 17th, didn't this person?18일에 투표를 하면 17일에 갖다 주라고 했던 거죠?

13So, on the 17th, she went to President 김대중's private residence in 일산 and delivered it, didn't she?그래서 17일에 일산에 있는 김대중 대통령 사가에 찾아가서 갖다 준 거죠?

14When she delivered it, Mrs. 이희호, President 김대중's wife, said thank you and wrote and gave a receipt, didn't she?그걸 갖다 주니까, 감사하다고 하면서 김대중 대통령 부인이 되는 이희호 여사가 영수증을 써서 줬죠?

15Having embroidered that, even before the presidential election had begun, when she delivered such an embroidery of "Congratulations on Election," would those people be able to sleep, spending each evening with anxious hearts, wondering if they would be elected or not?그 수를 놓아가지고, 대통령 투표를 시작도 안 했는데, "당선 축하" 그런 수를 놓은 것을 갖다주니까, 그 사람들은 당선이 될지 안 될지 조마조마한 심정으로 하루하루 저녁을 지내는 것이 잠이 오겠어요?

16It was a time when they couldn't sleep, wasn't it?잠이 안 올 때죠?

17At that time, that embroidery was made and delivered.그때 그 수를 놓아서 갖다 준 겁니다.

18But, indeed, President 김대중 was elected, wasn't he?그런데 바로 김대중 대통령이 당선됐죠?

19But our family members thought that this person would be immediately released upon election.그런데 당선이 되면 즉시 이 사람을 석방시킬 줄 알았지만, 우리 식구들은.

20In fact, after being elected, President 김대중 exerted effort to release this person.사실은 당선돼가지고 이 사람을 석방시키려고 김대중 대통령은 힘을 썼습니다.

21But the people who were ministers and directors were all 'Jesus-freaks'. They were 'Jesus-freaks' who went to church.그런데 장관이다, 국장이다 하는 사람들이 전부 예수쟁이입니다. 교회에 나가는 예수쟁이입니다.

24So, this person foresaw all of that, and inside the prison, this person evangelised a person in a high position in the prison.그래서 이 사람이 그걸 다 내다보고, 교도소 안에서 교도소에 있는 높은 지위에 있는 사람을 이 사람이 전도했습니다.

25When heavy rain was pouring, there was big trouble because too much rain came.많은 비가 쏟아질 때에 비가 너무 많이 와서 큰일이 났다는 겁니다.

26This person attached a condition: "I will stop the rain for you, so will you apply for parole for me?""내가 비를 멈춰 줄 테니까 당신이 나를 가석방 신청을 해 줄래?" 조건을 붙인 겁니다.

27So, (the official said,) "Alright, don't worry, give it a try."그래서 "그래, 걱정 말어, 한번 해봐."

28With the rain pouring down so heavily, that it would stop was not believed.비가 그렇게 억수같이 쏟아지는데 그걸 멈추리라고 하는 건 믿지 않는 겁니다.

29It was unbelievable, wasn't it?믿어지지 않은 거죠?

30So, (this person said,) "I will try it, but if I cannot stop the rain, then do not continue to apply for parole for me."그래서 "해 볼 테니까 내가 만약에 비를 멈추지 못하면 나를 계속해서 가석방 신청도 하지 마라."

31"(For) such a liar, should one apply for parole?""그런 거짓말쟁이에게 가석방 신청을 하면 되겠느냐"

32"Don't worry.""걱정마라"

33After that, I went inside and pretended to sleep, and prayed to stop the rain.그러고서, 내가 들어가서 자는 척하면서 비를 멈추는 기도를 한 겁니다.

34So, before midnight, the rain stopped.그러니까 12시도 안 돼서 비가 멈추는 거야.

35That person sent someone to this person.그 사람이 사람을 보냈어요. 이 사람한테.

36"Wow~ I was surprised to see such heavy rain stop.""이야~ 세상에 그렇게 억수같이 쏟아지는 비가 멈추는 걸 보고 나는 놀랐다."

37"Truly, your ability is amazing.""참 당신의 능력이 대단하다."

38"How can a person like you be serving such a long prison sentence?""당신 같은 사람이 어떻게 이 징역살이를 오래 하고 있느냐"

39"I will take the lead in paroling you," that person said."내가 당신을 가석방시키는 데 앞장서서 하겠다." 한 겁니다.

40So, there were many people who claimed to be working for this person's release, weren't there?그러니까, 이 사람을 석방시키려고 운동한다는 사람이 많이 있었죠?

41Those people truly had no influence whatsoever in paroling this person.그 사람들은 그야말로 이 사람을 가석방시키는 데 조금도 영향을 미치는 게 없습니다.

42This person did it personally.이 사람, 자신이 한 겁니다.

43So, when applying for parole, that person (the prison official) also had the authority to recommend parole from the prison, but did not have the final decision-making power for parole.그래가지고 가석방 신청할 때에 이 사람(교도소 간부)도 교도소에서 가석방시킬 수 있는 권한은 있지만 가석방된다는 결정권은 없는 겁니다.

44So, that person said, "I will indeed apply, but the parole decision is not something I can make at will."그래서 "신청은 내가 하긴 하는데 가석방 결정은 내가 마음대로 하는 게 아니다" 라고 말하는 겁니다.

45(This person said,) "Alright, don't worry, just apply. Whether the decision is made or not will be up to the decision-maker.""그래, 걱정 마쇼, 신청만 해줘. 결정을 하고 안 하는 건 결정권자가 할 거야. "

46That means this person indeed moves the heart of the decision-maker.그건 바로 이 사람이 결정권자의 마음을 움직인다는 겁니다.

47So, this person was released by this person's own ability, wasn't this person?그러니까, 이 사람의 실력으로 석방된 거죠?

48No one else's power was borrowed. It was done by this person's ability.다른 사람의 힘을 빌린 거 없어요. 이 사람의 능력으로 한 겁니다.

49When a parole application is made, there are seven or eight parole review committee members.가석방 신청이 되면요, 일곱 사람인가 여덟 사람의 가석방 심사위원들이 있습니다.

50Among those committee members, even if just one person rejects it, release is not possible.그 위원들 중에서 한 사람만 거부해도 석방이 안 됩니다.

51All eight people must agree that release is acceptable; only then is release possible.여덟 사람이 몽땅 석방을 해도 좋다고 찬성해야, 그래야 석방이 됩니다.

52To move the hearts of eight people, would this person be able to sleep?여덟 사람의 마음을 움직일래니까 이 사람이 잠이 오겠어요?

53After the parole application was made and it was announced that the review would be on a certain date, this person wouldn't be able to sleep, would this person?가석방 신청돼가지고 몇 월 며칠 날 심사한다고 하는데 이 사람이 잠이 안 오겠죠?

54So, this person visited each and every one of the review committee members' homes.그래서 이 사람이 심사위원들 한 사람 한 사람 집집마다 찾아간 겁니다.

55This person's 분신 went, entered that person's heart, erased the perception that this person was a bad person, and made them realise that this person was serving a prison sentence without guilt.이 사람의 분신이 찾아가서, 그 사람 마음속에 들어가서, 이 사람에 대해서 나쁜 사람이라고 인식하고 있는 마음을 지워버리고, 이 사람은 죄없이 징역을 살고 있구나 하는 것을 알게끔 한 겁니다.

56So, each and every person gave their approval on the approval column for release.그래서 한 사람 한 사람 모두가 석방시킨다는 결재란에다가 결재를 한 겁니다.

57So, this person was granted parole and released on 15 August 2000.그래서 이 사람이 2000년도 8월 15일에 가석방 결정이 돼가지고 나온 겁니다.

58So, is this person doing it at will, or is it happening on its own?그러니까 이 사람이 마음대로 하는 거예요, 저절로 되는 거예요?

59This person is doing it at will.이 사람 마음대로 하는 겁니다.

60Even President 김대중 could not release this person.김대중 대통령도 이 사람을 석방시키지 못했습니다.

61He did try to release this person.석방시키려고 노력은 했습니다.

62He even issued an order to the Minister of Justice to release this person.심지어 법무부 장관한테 석방시키라는 지시까지 내렸습니다.

63However, still, the Minister of Justice also could not release this person alone.그러나 역시 법무부 장관도 자기 혼자서 석방을 못 시키는 겁니다.

64In that situation, since each director was a member of the parole review committee, the 8 review committee members had to make a decision for release to be possible.거기에 각 국장들이 석방 심사위원인 고로, 8명의 심사위원들이 결정을 해줘야 석방이 되는 겁니다.

65So, for this person's 분신, about 8 people are nothing, aren't they?그러니까 이 사람의 분신이 8명 정도는 아무것도 아니죠.

66This person entered the hearts of 4 billion communists containing 'Red' ideology, pulled out the ideology of communism, and discarded it.빨갱이 사상이 들어 있는 40억 공산주의자들의 마음속에 들어가서 공산주의의 사상을 끄집어내가지고 버린 겁니다.

67And then, this person put the ideology of democracy into those people.그러면서 그 사람 속에 민주주의 사상을 집어넣은 겁니다.

68So, all communists simultaneously began to say, "I hate communism," and communist states disappeared from the face of this Earth.그래서 공산주의자들이 전부 일제히 "나는 공산주의가 싫다" 하게 되니까, 이 지구 땅 위에서 공산국가가 없어진 겁니다.

69Even if you only look at this one thing, is it a true 구세주, or a false 구세주?이거 하나만 보더래도 진짜 구세주야, 가짜 구세주야?

70If this person had done something else, it might be unknown whether this person is a 구세주 or not, but this person showed the ability to pull out and eliminate people's thoughts, ideologies, and ideas.다른 거를 하였다면은 구세주인지, 구세주가 아닌지 모르지만, 사람의 생각, 사람의 이념, 사상을 끄집어내서 없애버리는 정도의 능력을 보여 준 거죠.

71In that case, to pull out and eliminate the spirit of 마귀 from the '나'라는 주체 의식, which is the human spirit, and insert the spirit of 하나님 to create 하나님 – isn't it clearly visible that this is sufficiently possible?그렇다면, 사람의 영이 되는 '나'라는 주체의식의 마귀의 영을 끄집어내서 없애버리고, 하나님의 영을 집어넣어가지고 하나님을 만든다는 것은 충분히 가능하다는 게 보여요, 안 보여요?

72Therefore, this person is an undeniable 구세주.그러기 때문에 틀림없는 구세주입니다.
