Background of Arrest in 1994 and 7 Years of Imprisonment
The reason this person was arrested in '94 was because of the point of 'discussing
While everyone dies, discussing 영생 is a lie.
Christian pastors gathered and precisely raised this public opinion.
A person named 조희성 is saying he gives 영생, but everyone has died up until now, and even Jesus couldn't give 영생, so for 조희성 to say he gives 영생 is truly an incomprehensible lie.
While discussing this 영생, 조희성 also lied that he brings down 이슬성신, which doesn't even descend, and by fabricating photos of 이슬성신 descending, he deceived the believers and collected 헌금, building a large church, they say, so isn't this undoubtedly fraud?
So, the so-called Christian pastors gathered and, 이제 그대로, requested President 김영삼 to legally kill 조희성 if possible.
And so, they thought that if this person were to be killed, a murder charge must be fabricated, and by sentencing him to death and executing him, wouldn't he die? So they tried very hard to frame this person for murder to kill him.
So the prosecutor who tried to frame this person for murder, at first, to frame him, kept threatening and blackmailing this person, saying "Admit to the murder charge," but I said.
"No, how can I say I committed murder, that I killed someone, when I didn't even kill them?""
"Prosecutor, if someone told you to say you killed someone you didn't, would you say it?""
"I cannot lie. Even if you kill me, I cannot lie.""
"Also, if it's a murder charge, bring the evidence of murder.""
"There must be a dead body, and there must be someone who saw the killing process, and please provide evidence of who was killed.""
As this person spoke like this, the prosecutor also, because this person's words made sense, said, "Those words are right." "Those words are right."
"You should say someone was killed with evidence of killing; if you want to frame someone for murder, you frame them for murder with evidence that they killed someone.""
"Without any evidence of killing, how can you try to frame someone for murder, claiming they killed someone?""
So when this person was arrested and detained in Seoul Detention Centre, the charge was murder. The charge.
The charge was murder, plus violation of the Act on the Punishment of Violence, etc.
What this means is that this person allegedly captured all those police officers and detained them at the 제단 for over 5 hours, and this person allegedly had 최순희 do that.
However, 최순희 is now wanted in connection with that incident, and no matter how hard the prosecution tried to catch 최순희, since 최순희 was in hiding, there was no way to catch her.
So, 이제 그대로, "If anyone has such evidence, if there's someone who says someone was killed, even if it's a lie, if such a statement exists, it might be possible to frame someone for murder, but if this person is arrested for murder, claiming they committed murder when there's no actual killing, would that be right?"
"If you say this person killed someone just by listening to 탁명환's words, if 탁명환 lied, would you believe that lie?" this person argued."
So, what this person said at the end of that statement was:그러니까 이 사람이 그 말끝에 하는 말이 뭐냐 하면
"As for me, because I originally value living beings, I have never killed a living being.""
"Even when walking on the road, if an ant was crawling, for fear of stepping on and killing that ant, I used to jump over it.""
"How could such a person kill someone?""
"Since I was young, my grandfather believed in Cheondoism, and so I received home education in a family that valued life.""
"Furthermore, killing a living being is something this person cannot do according to this person's philosophy of life.""
"So the person who slandered this person slandered him with lies, but the fact that this is an absurd lie will be fully revealed soon.""
"Look for evidence that this person committed murder.""
"If anyone says this person committed murder, bring them forward.""
"If you do that, even if you can frame this person for murder, saying this person committed murder when he didn't do it cannot be true.""
When he said that, this prosecutor tilted his head back and forth and seemed quite troubled.
The superiors (high-ranking officials) were telling him to frame him for murder, but the person himself claimed he hadn't committed murder, so how could he frame him for murder?
So this person said, "Provide the evidence!"
"Provide the evidence!""
As this person kept pressing, was there any evidence?
No, there must be evidence of killing someone for evidence to be presented.
If someone was killed, there must be a dead body, right? Isn't that so?
No, where is there a murder charge without a body?
There must be a dead body, and there must be a witness who saw the killing.
There must be someone who saw this person kill someone, right?
But there's no one who saw it, so how can he be framed for murder?
So later, after investigating this person endlessly, where did things turn around? 탁명환 died, didn't he?
탁명환 died, and they claimed this person had the young believers who visited him kill 탁명환.
"Then, please bring forward the person who heard me say to kill 탁명환 during the visit," he said.
Is there anyone who heard it?
Since this person never said such a thing, there would be no one who heard it.
So the prosecutor, even after investigating in various ways, because this person absolutely would not listen to him, (he was a prosecutor with a very unpleasant expression, very tall, and if he glared, everyone would be scared).
To that extent, they entrusted the investigation of this person to such a prosecutor.
When he entered, (the prosecutor) immediately yelled "Sit down!" It was blackmail.
So I slowly sat down.
Would I listen to you? It means, would I, who am innocent, listen to you? I slowly went and sat down.
"You're very arrogant!" he said, and then."
"I am not arrogant.""
"Because I'm old. It's just that my movements aren't as quick as young people.""
"Would an old person abruptly sit down just because they're told to sit, or abruptly stand up just because they're told to stand? Would they do that? I'm over 60...""
He was 64 at the time.
"Alright, stop nagging and answer my questions!" He glared and tried to intimidate him."
Everyone, as you know, this person not only served in the military for a long time, but also said he was a prisoner of war for 3 years before that, right?
So in the world, he is someone who has received all the 연단 he could.
So would he fall for ordinary blackmail and threats?
He wouldn't. He wouldn't budge.
So they were intensely investigating, claiming I killed this 탁명환.
"I have never hated a person named 탁명환, and this person has no reason to kill 탁명환." He said that."
So after the investigation, and about 20 days passed, the culprit who killed 탁명환, a person named 임홍천—that is, 임홍천, the driver of the 대성교회 pastor—was arrested in Gangneung, right?
He was arrested in Gangneung.
When 임홍천 was arrested, they said that fellow killed 탁명환, so can they still frame me for killing 탁명환?
So all of this was a lie.
So when this prosecutor thought, "Wow~ it was all a lie," he must have thought, right?
From then on, his thoughts changed; he no longer pressed the fact that this person committed murder, and from then on, knowing that the murder claim was a lie, he treated him very gently and mildly.
Knowing this person was innocent, the prosecutor then received a direct call from the President.
So what this prosecutor said to the President was:그래서 대통령한테 이 검사가 하는 말이
"There is no crime.""
"There is no suspicion of murder.""
When he said this, President 김영삼 probably said:이렇게 얘기를 하니까, 아마 김 대통령이 하는 말이
"That thing about 이슬성신 descending, they say it's invisible, isn't that a lie?""
"So by lying, fabricating photos of 이슬성신 descending, deceiving the believers and collecting 헌금, and building a church, a large church, they say, isn't that undoubtedly fraud?""
"So, for fraud, punish him for 헌금 fraud.""
"Yes, I understand.""
That's because there was a direct order from the President, so he would say, "Yes, I understand," right?
So from then on, he began to press this person about the collected
So, the prosecutor received a tip that money from the 3rd-floor factory was paid as salaries to the 승사들, and began to press the issue.
So in the end, the factory workers all gave 헌금; it wasn't forced, was it?
So it was all 헌금.
So they gave 헌금, and used that collected 헌금 to operate our 제단; how could that be a crime?
헌금 cannot be a crime.
So the factory manager, at that time, factory manager 정정수, came and testified, right?
When testifying, "All our factory workers voluntarily gave 헌금."
"We willingly and voluntarily gave 헌금, so how can you consider that as forcibly taken?""
Even though he said this on the witness stand, in the end, they used that to give this person an initial sentence of 2 years and 6 months in prison, right?
So 2 months were added because the detention period increased during the Supreme Court appeal period, making it 2 years and 8 months.
Then, when 최순희 was clamouring for money, I told the 제단, even though it was difficult, to give her the money, from prison.
The reason I told them to give her that money was because those people are wicked people who only care about money; if you give money to those wicked people when they ask for it, they won't plot other things. So even though I told them to give the money, they didn't give the money.
Since they didn't give it, when they hadn't given the money, 최순희 also said she would testify for me. So she went to 용태용's lawyer's office, and lawyer 용태용 wrote down all the matters she needed to testify about, and lawyer 용태용 filed the witness application.
When applying for a witness, you have to write down the witness's full address and apply. The prosecution was frantically trying to catch 최순희, so when the witness application was filed then, the prosecution thought, "Aha, we got her!" and went to catch 최순희, because they knew the address.
So they caught 최순희 and dragged her to the prosecution and said:그래서 최순희를 잡아가지고 검찰로 끌고 가서 뭐라고 그랬냐면
"Will you go to prison, or will you bring many people to accuse 조희성 and file a complaint?""
"Yes, I will bring many people to accuse 조희성 and file a complaint." That's how it happened."
So 최순희 filed the complaint. Do you understand?
So all of this was orchestrated by the prosecutor who led the charge at that time.
They instigated and fabricated the incident. That fact has now all come to light.
So, the prosecutor who was in charge at the time, knowing all these facts, is trembling with fear. Because they will get hurt someday.
An incident must not be instigated, nor must it be fabricated.
Our country's criminal law states that if one instigates, one will serve a prison sentence for the crime of instigation, and if one fabricates, one will serve a prison sentence for the facts fabricated falsely.
So, the prosecutor in charge who knows the law now, probably can't sleep peacefully by now.
The current situation is that, though I won't say who, arrest warrants have been issued for two people.
And so, the remaining sixteen people will all be arrested.
Why? Because they claimed 헌금 was made when it wasn't, this is an enormous crime, as they lied and caused an innocent person to serve as much as 7 years in prison.
So, they say they will receive prison sentences of close to 20 or 30 years.
Such a crime is a major offence, leading to decades in prison, I heard such a thing.
So, I asked that so-and-so, being good-natured people, should not be arrested.
"Ah, 주님, please do not get involved in such matters.""
"If you get involved in such matters, we cannot do our work.""
"We are doing this to clear those who were wrongly accused and served prison sentences, but if 주님 tells us not to give prison sentences to so-and-so, then 주님 cannot avoid wearing the guise of a sinner.""
"Would it be acceptable if you simply worked while wearing the guise of a sinner?""
"Please do not say such things.""
"Please do not say 'do not arrest so-and-so'.""
"Why? Because they caused an innocent person to serve as much as 7 years in prison and be released, this cannot be tolerated in our country, nor can it be forgiven from the perspective of all citizens.""
That's what they are saying.
Arrest warrants have now been issued for two people.
So, arrest warrants have been issued for those two people, and if they are arrested, the next 16 people will all be arrested. They say everyone will be arrested.
Currently, the 부천검찰청 is proceeding with this case, and the prosecutor who handled this case is grinding their teeth.
We are not grinding our teeth; those people are grinding their teeth.
Claiming someone served 7 years in prison innocently, and thus fabricating the case in this way, people who couldn't even afford to make 헌금, people living in rented rooms, lied that they made that large sum of 헌금, and now caused an innocent person to serve as much as 7 years in prison and be released, so죄도 없이 7년씩이나 징역을 살고 나왔다고 하면서 이렇게 사건을 조작해서 헌금할 능력도 없는 사람들이, 바로 월세방에 사는 사람들이 그 큰돈을 헌금했다고 거짓말 해가지고 이제 죄도 없는 사람을, 징역을 7년씩이나 살고 나오게 했다고 해서
"This is a disgrace for a rule of law nation, that as long as there is law in the Republic of Korea, as long as the law is alive, an innocent person was made to serve a long prison sentence and be released.""
"Therefore, this must be rooted out completely, and the innocent person's name must be cleared,""그러니까 이것은 발본색원해서 완전히, 죄도 없는 사람의 허물어 벗겨줘야 하고,"
"and those who fabricated this and caused someone to be accused of a crime and serve a long prison sentence must be severely punished," they are grinding their teeth now. Do you understand?"
Wouldn't that be the case?
Those people are the ones who used to call '영생교 하나님의 성회 승리제단' a cult.
What's happening is that those people are now jumping up and down, saying that it wasn't a cult but that people were wrongly imprisoned and released. Before, they thought they were cult members and cursed them, but now they realise they cursed innocent people, and those people are even more indignant.
So, Chairman 조한성 in 광주 is doing that work right now.
He is doing it, and the lawyer on our side who took on this case is Lawyer 김인식, a former chief prosecutor, and he is a very well-respected person in the prosecution.
This man is telling the active prosecutors that this fact, this case, is truly an unjust case, and since it's a matter of lying about making 헌금 when none was made, causing someone to serve 7 years in prison and be released, shouldn't this case be completely rooted out and overturned?
So now the prosecution is taking a more active stance.
"This cannot be tolerated.""
"Since they deceived the law and caused an innocent person to serve a prison sentence, since they used the law to cause someone to serve a prison sentence, those who did such bad things must not be tolerated.""
And so, the prosecution is now taking an active stance.
If this case grows bigger, it will now be talked about on TV, and the prosecutor who fabricated this case, or the judge who unjustly ruled on this fabricated case and caused someone to serve a prison sentence, will all end up like this person, in handcuffs.
When you see that, those people, after working so hard to pass the judicial examination and become judges or prosecutors, are handcuffed and go to prison to serve their sentences, what will they think?
Will they think, "I am serving a prison sentence because I made such a mistake"?
They wouldn't think that, would they?
They would say it's unfair.
However, the law in this world is a very fair law.
So, those who commit a crime are destined to be punished, and those who do not commit a crime are not destined to be punished.
Therefore, those who caused an innocent person to be punished are destined to receive enormous punishment.
If, even now they are punished, soon it will be this person's world, won't it?
Soon, this person will be the ruler of the universe, won't he?
If he becomes the ruler of the universe, will any of those who committed such illegal acts survive then?
They won't be able to remain. Something terrible will happen then.
Imagine, everyone. That will be the era when this person does as he pleases. That will be this person's era.
Since it is the era of 영생, since it is the era when this person does as he pleases, will those who did such bad things be able to live on this Earth on that day?
They cannot live. They cannot live on this Earth.
Therefore, they are destined to receive enormous punishment.
Moreover, it wasn't just anyone, but the commissioned 구세주 who came to save all of humanity, whom they caused to serve a long prison sentence, so how great will that punishment be?
Will they receive only a small punishment?
They will receive an enormous punishment, won't they?
Even if this person, at that time, asks, "Since it's something that has already passed, do not punish those people," they are destined to be punished.
Because the law is fair, no matter how much I ask, even if I am the victim, even if the victim asks not to punish, if they ask not to punish, more punishment is given. Do you understand?
You must know that.
So, the saying that there is a time when the dark side becomes the sunny side, that is a true saying.
At that time, this person was in prison serving a sentence, so this person lived a life in the shadows, didn't he?
After living a life in the shadows, now he has come to live a life in the sun, so those people are being arrested, aren't they?
The reason those people are being arrested is because the dark side has become the sunny side. Do you understand?
So, eventually, the fact that this person is innocent will be known to all the world, won't it?
It is destined to be known to all the world.
Not only is he innocent, but when it becomes known that he is the 구세주 who gives 영생 to all people in this world, will those who misunderstood him grind their teeth even more, or not?
Grinding their teeth, they will take the lead and not just leave alone those who did bad things, will they?
