The Rainbow of Promise

1It's not that 이 사람 abolished communism just because he happened to have power.이 사람이 괜히 능력이 있다고 해서 공산주의를 없앤 게 아닙니다.

2If 이 사람 had not said he would abolish communism, but just said he abolished it, if he said he abolished it after communism was gone, would anyone believe him?이 사람이 공산주의를 없앤다는 말을 하지 않고 공산주의 없앴다고 하면, 공산주의 없어진 다음에 이 사람이 없앴다고 하면, 믿을 사람 있겠어요?

3So, he proclaimed it for 10 years.그러니까 10년 동안을 외친 거예요.

4From 1981 to 1990, he said, "I will abolish world communism." He said it from this very platform, didn't he?1981년도부터 1990년도까지 "세계 공산주의를 없앤다." 이 단상에서 그랬죠.

5So, when communism disappeared in 1990, that is proof that 이 사람 abolished it, isn't it?그래서 1990년도에 공산주의가 없어지니까, 바로 이 사람이 없앴다는 증거죠.

6Furthermore, when Gorbachev abolished the Communist Party, the communists seized Gorbachev and placed him under house arrest, and when they were trying to kill him by shooting a pistol at his head for three days, the 분신 of 이 사람 went all the way to the room where Gorbachev was held under house arrest.게다가 바로 고르바초프가 공산당을 없앴다고, 공산주의자들이 고르바초프를 잡아다가 연금시켜 놓고, 3일 동안 권총을 고르바초프 머리를 향해서 쏴서 죽이려고 할 때에, 이 사람의 분신이 고르바초프가 연금된 방에까지 간 겁니다.

7이 사람 went and said, "If you kill Gorbachev, all of you will die."가서 이 사람이 "너희들 고르바초프를 죽이면 너희들 다 죽어."

8"Do you want to die here? If you want to live, run away quickly, otherwise you will die.""너희들, 여기서 죽을래, 살고 싶으면 빨리 도망 나가, 그렇지 않으면 죽어"

9So these cowardly Soviet rascals, they just ran away as fast as they could.그러니까 겁많은 이 소련 놈들, 그냥 꽁무니가 빠지라고 도망간 겁니다.

10One of them was caught at the airport, another was caught at the train station, and one of them, who had been the Soviet Minister of Internal Affairs, that rascal put a capsule containing poison into his mouth and chewed it.한 놈은 공항에 가서 붙들리고, 한 놈은 역전에 가서 붙들리고, 한 놈은 소련의 내무장관으로 있었던 놈인데, 그놈이 바로 입안에다가 독약이 들어 있는 캡슐을 입에다 넣고 씹었던 겁니다.

11So he died. He committed suicide, didn't he?그러니까 죽은 겁니다. 자살한 거죠.

12So all three rascals were caught, weren't they?그러니까 세 놈이 다 잡힌 거죠.

13Right after those three rascals left, Gorbachev looked around in all directions, and since there was no one there, he opened the door and came out.그때 바로 세 놈이 나가고 나서, 고르바초프가 두리번두리번 사방을 봐도 아무도 없으니까, 문을 열고 나온 겁니다.

14That was 23 August 1991.그것이 바로 1991년도 8월 23일이 되는 겁니다.

15So, on the day Gorbachev was released, a double rainbow appeared, didn't it?그래서 고르바초프가 석방돼 나오는 날 쌍무지개가 섰던 거죠.

16So, the double rainbow that appeared on top of this 제단, a rainbow is originally a sign of a promise.그래서 이 제단 꼭대기에 쌍무지개가 섰던 것은, 원래 무지개라는 건 약속의 표징입니다.

17In ancient times, during Noah's era, when rain poured down heavily and floods came, a rainbow was set up, and 하나님 promised that there would never again be destruction by flood. That's what the rainbow signifies. You all know that, don't you?옛날 노아 시대 때에 비가 억수같이 쏟아지고 홍수가 내렸을 때에 무지개를 세워가지고, 하나님께서 다시는 홍수로 멸망을 당하는 일이 없을 거라고 약속했던 겁니다. 무지개가요. 여러분 다 아시죠.

18That rainbow of promise, the rainbow appeared as a symbol promising that communism would never again arise on this earth. Do you understand?그 약속의 무지개가, 공산주의가 이 지구 땅 위에서 다시는 생겨나지 않을 거라는 것을 약속하는 표상으로 무지개가 띄었던 겁니다. 아시겠습니까?

19So, it also serves as proof that the victorious 구세주 of 승리제단 abolished communism, doesn't it? Right? Isn't that so?그래서 바로 승리제단의 승리자 구세주가 공산주의 없앴다는 증거도 되는 거죠? 그래요, 안 그래요?

20So, if it's a power capable of abolishing communism, is it a power that can uproot and remove the spirit of '나'라는 주체 의식 within people, or not? It is, isn't it?그러니까 공산주의를 없앨 정도의 능력이라면 사람 속에 있는 '나'라는 주체의식의 영을 뿌리째 뽑아서 제거할 수 있는 능력이 있는 거예요, 없는 거예요? 있는 거죠.

21So, by implanting the spirit of 하나님 instead, he becomes the 구세주 who makes all people into 하나님.그래서 하나님의 영을 대신 꽂아놓고 사람들을 전부 하나님 만드는 구세주가 되는 거죠.

22So, is he an undeniable 구세주, or just a coincidental one?그러니까 틀림없는 구세주예요, 어쩌다 구세주예요?

23He is an undeniable 구세주, isn't he?틀림없는 구세주가 되는 거죠?

24So, if you are convinced that he is an undeniable 구세주, if you do not doubt the 구세주, and if you go forth with conviction, with the conviction of 영생, will you undeniably become 하나님, or just coincidentally become 하나님?그래서 여러분들이 틀림없는 구세주라는 것을 확신을 하고, 여러분들이 구세주를 의심하지 아니하고, 여러분들이 확신을 가지고 영생의 확신을 가지고 나가면 틀림없이 하나님이 되는 거예요, 어쩌다가 하나님이 되는 거예요?

25You will undeniably become 하나님, won't you?틀림없이 하나님이 되는 거죠?
