As the number of congregants gradually increased, a place of worship was prepared in Yeokgok 1-dong. Because many people who had come up from the provinces gathered, after considering financial and lodging issues, a sewing factory was started, and it was called '삼층공장' because it was on the 3rd floor of the building.
