What it Means to Be Poor in Spirit
So, in one's daily life, 이제 그대로, one must always regard everyone as one's own body, regard everyone as 하나님, and, 이제 그대로, have a respectful heart towards everyone, mustn't one?
One must have it, right?
One must have a respectful heart towards everyone.
If one has a contemptuous heart just because someone is poorly dressed, then one can absolutely not be born again by 성령.
So, that "spirit," please repeat after me...
"Blessed are the poor in spirit...""
It was said that the poor in spirit are blessed, right?
What that means is, while 'Blessed are the poor in spirit' can also mean that those with an empty heart are blessed, 'poor in spirit' means, so to speak, 'the state of one's heart has been lowered as much as it can be lowered.'
Lowering oneself and serving the other person as a high superior—that is the poor heart.
Respecting anyone one sees, and not only always respecting that person, 이제 그대로, but also always having a heart to serve that person—this is the basic heart that can become 하나님.
What is called 하나님 is an extremely humble deity; that is the 하나님 deity.
An unspeakably poor heart, a heart in an unspeakably lowered and humble state—that is called the heart of 하나님.
To become 하나님, one must have no pride; then one becomes 하나님.
Can a person with pride see the other person as superior, or not? No, right?
The heart that thinks oneself is the best and that the other is a terrible human being—that is a proud heart, isn't it?
So, pride is the spirit of 마귀.
Therefore, salvation is absolutely impossible for a person with pride.
One cannot receive salvation; no matter what one receives, a person with pride cannot obtain salvation.
The way to eliminate pride is to genuinely like those who hate me, genuinely regard those who abuse me as superiors, and even if they abuse and hit me, to think, "Naturally, I was wrong; naturally, I am a subordinate, so I was hit." And regarding it thankfully, thinking, "They hit me for my sake, to correct my habits, to correct my bad deeds"—must one think thankfully, or not?
One must, right?
One must have such an attitude, even in this world, one must have such a mindset; only then does such a person develop and succeed. A person with strong pride can absolutely not succeed, and a person with strong pride cannot obtain salvation.
Whether others treat me like a dog or not, whether others curse me or not, whether others hit me or not—I was hit because I did something to deserve being hit, and I was hated because I did something to deserve being hated. Must I think thankfully and try to correct my mistakes, or not?
One must try to correct them, right?
Only then will that person's life gradually change, 이제 그대로, and their character transform, so their heart becomes the heart of 하나님, a humble heart, a heart without pride.
If one has pride, one's blood decays.
If one has pride, one cannot obtain 영생, and the stronger one's pride, the more likely one is to contract a fatal illness.
If you look at people with cancer, their pride is incredibly strong.
Therefore, one must have no pride to achieve 영생, and one must have no pride to have a humble heart, the heart of 하나님. As one gains assurance of 영생 and pride in being a child of 하나님, one's heart will be beautiful like 하나님. Will one's actions also be beautiful, or will one's actions be like a dog's mess?
One's actions will also be beautiful, right?
To anyone, that person is an excellent person; to anyone, that person is truly a person to emulate. Therefore, one must become a person who would say, "If that person goes there, I will follow, even to hell," mustn't one?
Then, will they follow even if one doesn't evangelise, or not?
They follow even if one doesn't evangelise.
