The Process of Rebirth

1Because he lived a life of genuinely respecting and loving those who persecuted this person, that person eventually stopped persecuting this person and instead became a friend who liked him, didn't he?이 사람을 핍박하는 사람을 진심으로 존경하고 사랑하는 생활을 하니까, 그 사람이 나중에는 이 사람을 핍박하지 않고 도리어 좋아하는 친구가 됐다고 그랬죠?

2Was that because he overcame 마귀, or because he lost to 마귀?그게 마귀를 이겨서 그런 거야, 져서 그런 거야?

3It was because he overcame 마귀, wasn't it?마귀를 이겨서 그런 거죠?

4Now, 이제 그대로, this person's words are clearly statements that cannot be understood with a worldly way of thinking.이제 그대로 이 사람의 말씀은 세상적인 사고방식으로는 납득이 안 가는 말이 분명합니다.

5However, this person, now, 이제 그대로, is teaching the secret to always abandoning '나', the secret to being born again by 성령, which he clearly learned through experience.그러나 이 사람은, 이제 그대로, 분명히 경험으로 알게 된, 나를 항상 버리는 비결, 성령으로 거듭나는 비결을 가르쳐 드리는 것입니다.

6The secret is precisely to completely oppose '나', and to live a life of completely crushing '나'.그 비결은 바로 '나'라고 하는 것을 완전히 반대하고, '나'라는 것을 완전히 짓이기는 생활을 하는 것입니다.

7By practicing that, eventually '나' disappears, and by becoming a new '나', 하나님's '나', one becomes born again by 성령, becomes one who embraces 하나님's heart, becomes one who acts within 하나님, becomes 하나님 who has received resurrection, and becomes one who has faith.그것을 실천함으로 말미암아 결국은 '나'라는 것이 없어지고, 새로운 나, 하나님의 나가 됨으로써, 성령으로 거듭났다가 되고, 하나님의 마음을 품었다가 되고, 하나님 안에서 행한다가 되고, 부활함을 입은 하나님이 됐다가 되고, 믿음을 가졌다가 되는 것입니다.

8Because one has true faith that can move this mountain if one says, "Be lifted, this mountain, and be moved over there," therefore, does the power to move the world emerge, or not?이 산을 들어 저리로 옮겨져라 하면 옮겨지는 진짜 믿음을 가진 고로, 그런고로 천하를 움직일 수 있는 능력이 나와, 안 나와?

9The power to move the world emerges, doesn't it?천하를 움직일 수 있는 능력이 나오는 거죠?

10Precisely as '나' disappears and 하나님's spirit becomes '나', now, 이제 그대로, since 하나님's spirit becomes '나', is it 하나님 who overcame 마귀, or 하나님 who lost to 마귀?바로 '나'라는 것이 없어지면서 하나님의 영이 내가 됨으로 말미암아, 이제 그대로 하나님의 영이 내가 되니까 마귀를 이긴 하나님이야, 마귀한테 진 하나님이야?

11It's 하나님 who overcame 마귀, isn't it?마귀를 이긴 하나님이죠?

12Is 마귀 ruling the whole world now, or is 하나님 ruling the whole world?지금 온 천하를 마귀가 다스리고 있어요, 온 천하를 하나님이 다스리고 있어요?

13마귀 is ruling (the whole world), isn't it?(온 천하를) 마귀가 다스리고 있죠?

14While 마귀 is ruling the whole world, if one can overcome that 마귀, then is the 이긴자 ruling the whole world now, or is 마귀 ruling it?마귀가 온 천하를 다스리고 있는데, 그 마귀를 이길 정도면 바로 온 천하를 지금 이긴자가 다스리는 거야, 마귀가 다스리는 거야?

15(Now) the 이긴자 is ruling (the whole world), isn't it?(온 천하를 이제는) 이긴자가 다스리는 거죠?

16Now, 이제 그대로, if you are to become 하나님's spirit that rules the whole world, you must kill '나', and completely abandon '나', mustn't you?이제 그대로, 여러분들이 온 천하를 다스리는 하나님의 영이 내가 되려면 '나'를 죽여야 되고, '나'를 완전히 버려야 되는 거죠.

17Also, only by living a life where one cannot be conscious of '나' no matter how hard one tries, can '나' disappear, can't it?또한, '나'를 의식하려야 의식할 수가 없는 생활을 해야만 '나'라는 것이 없어질 수 있는 거죠.

18Therefore, to live a life where one cannot be conscious of '나', one must be intensely fixated on yearning only for 하나님 every moment, and also fixated on crushing '나'. Now, 이제 그대로, haven't I told you the secret to overcoming '나'?그런 고로, '나'를 의식할 수 없는 생활을 하려면, 초초로 하나님만을 고도로 사모하는데 집착을 하고, 또한 '나'를 짓이기는데 집착했다는 것을, 이제 그대로, '나'를 이기는 비결을 여러분들에게 알려드렸던 거죠?

19So, now, 이제 그대로, this person became unable to be conscious of '나' no matter how hard he tried, precisely through 연단 upon 연단 to the extent that he could not think of family no matter how hard he tried, and could not think of the past no matter how hard he tried.그래서, 이제 그대로, 이 사람이 '나'를 의식할래야 의식할 수 없게 된 것은 바로, 가족을 생각할래야 생각 할 수가 없고, 과거를 생각할래야 생각 할 수가 없는 정도의 연단에 연단을 통하여 된 것입니다.

20Through such 연단, his past could not be remembered no matter how hard he tried, and because he reached a state where he could not be conscious of '나' no matter how hard he tried, he said he even forgot this person's name, didn't he?그런 연단을 통하여 (이 사람의) 과거가 생각이 나려야 날 수가 없고, 나를 의식하려야 의식할 수 없는 정도가 되어지니까, 이 사람의 이름도 잊어버렸다고 그랬죠?

21This person forgot his name.이름도 잊어버렸어. 이 사람이.

22Forgetting my name, which I had been called for 50 years – is this a fact like a lie, or a fact like the truth?50년 동안 부르던 내 이름을 잊어버렸다는 게, 이게 거짓말 같은 사실이야, 이게 참말 같은 사실이야?

23It's a fact like a lie, isn't it?거짓말 같은 사실이죠?

24So, because no matter how hard he tried to think of his name for a week, it wouldn't come to mind, he said to another brother,그래서 일주일 동안 내 이름을 아무리 생각을 해도 생각이 나지 않는 고로, 다른 형제에게

25"Hey, what's my name?""여보, 내 이름이 뭐요?"

26Then would they definitely call him crazy, or would they definitely call him an excellent person?그러면 틀림없이 미친놈이라고 그럴까, 틀림없이 훌륭한 사람이라고 그럴까?

27They'd call him crazy, wouldn't they?미친놈이라고 그러죠?

28"He's crazy. This one. He needs to be locked up in a mental hospital.""미쳤어. 이거. 이거 정신병원에 가둬야 돼."

29If he said such words, they'd lock him in a mental hospital, right? Isn't that so?그런 말을 했다가는 (그 사람들이 이 사람을) 정신병원에 가둬. 그래요, 안 그래요?

30So, he couldn't even ask and struggled alone, living for about a week without knowing his name, didn't he?그래서 물어볼 수도 없고 혼자서 낑낑대고 한 일주일 동안 내 이름을 모르는 상태에서 지냈다고 그랬죠?

31This is precisely what the process of being born again (that this person experienced) was like. Do you understand?이게 바로 (이 사람이 경험한) 중생하는 과정이 그랬었다는 거예요. 아시겠어요?

32To be born again means one must reach a state where one cannot be conscious of '나' no matter how hard one tries.그 중생이라는 건 나를 의식하려야 의식할 수 없는 그러한 경지에 올라가야 돼.

33To reach that state, this person said one must first reach a state where one cannot think of the past no matter how hard one tries, and then reach a state where one cannot think of family no matter how hard one tries.그 경지에 올라가려면 과거를 생각하려야 생각할 수 없는 경지를 올라간 다음, 그 다음에는 가족을 생각하려야 생각할 수 없는 경지에 올라가야 한다고 이 사람이 말을 했죠.
