정도령
A Korean-style savior passed down from the Joseon Dynasty.
It is known that when 정도령 appears, the country will become rich, people will live well, and there will be abundant harvests.
Especially, in 격암유록, the appearance of 정도령 is dealt with secretly, and it is not referring to a male child with the surname Jeong, but rather to a person who spreads the righteous way, and thus was called 정도령.
조선시대 부터 전해져 내려오는 한국식 구세주.
정도령이 나오면 부자 나라가 되고, 정도령이 나오면 잘 살게 되고 풍년이 든다고 알려져 있고.
특히, 격암유록에는 정도령 출현을 비밀스럽게 다루고 있는데, 정씨 성의 남자 아이를 말하는 것이 아니고, 바른 도를 전파하는 인물이라 하여 정도령이라 호칭하였다.
